"Every morning tell Him, 'Thank you for your kindness,' and every evening rejoice in all His faithfulness."

G'mornin, Lord...

To begin our day thanking Him for His kindness is a profession that we know that His is good and that we are expecting only kindness from Him that day, no matter what we might face. It is much like when Jesus found Himself and his disciples far away from any place to buy food and  they had over 5,000 hungry people to feed. The only food He had was a few fish and small loaves of bread. The first  thing that He did was to thank His Father for what he did have. Each day that we wake up...what we have is another day to serve Him, another day in which to see His kindness, love and mercy poured out. When we thank Him for what we have in the morning, a kind God that we can turn to in our  times of need, I believe we can expect all that we need to be provided. And, don't forget to rejoice in all His kindness and faithfulness as you lay your head to rest.
