Know This!

Psalms 56:8,9

"You have seen me tossing and turning through the night. You have collected all my tears and preserved them in your bottle. You have recorded every one in Your book. The very day I call for help, the tide of battle turns. My enemies flee! This one thing I know: God is for Me!"

If you've ever known anything...KNOW THIS!

These are the verses that caused me to realize that when I call on Him for help, and the enemy does not flee, that it may not be the "enemy" causing my problem. It could be "me"or it could be that God has a broader, more beneficial plan, and to immediately dismiss my troubles would not be best.

Remember, persecution produces patience...suffering helps  us to stop sinning...and lack teaches us to turn to Him in faith... waiting, trusting and having a joyful testimony of His lovingkindness as an end result. Know this ONE THING...God is FOR us, not against us! He has our lives in His capable hands, and He knows and sees every single tear we shed, and He collects them in His bottle. I've a feeling that when we get to heaven we may be comparing our  "bottles of tears" in relationship to how much He brought us through, rather than, as we do here on earth, compare all we haven't had to go through. God is good...ALL THE TIME, He is for me, and He is my helper.
